1. Where is my package?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
U.S. delivery takes 6–10 business days after dispatch.
Total expected timeframe: 7–13 business days.
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
2. Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically after dispatch.
If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder.
You can also view the live status anytime through our Track Your Order page on the website.
4. I’m not satisfied with my order — what should I do?
If you’re not happy with your order, contact us at support@grimstrike.com and include your order number.
Our team will review your request in line with our Return & Refund Policy and determine the appropriate solution based on the issue.
Depending on the situation, eligible cases may receive a replacement, a refund, or further assistance.
We handle all requests promptly and ensure every case is reviewed fairly and according to our official policies.
5. Can I return my item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered, as long as the item meets our standard return conditions:
• unused
• unworn
• unwashed
• undamaged
• in original condition with all tags and packaging included
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping generally ranges around $20 USD, depending on the carrier and package weight. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Grimstrike will cover all return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.

Once the return is delivered and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item has been delivered to our warehouse, inspected, and approved.
Standard processing timelines:
• Transit time to our warehouse: depends on the shipping method
• Inspection after arrival: 1–2 business days
• Refund to original payment method: within 5 business days • Refunds are issued promptly and always within legal and platform-required timeframes.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to release the funds after the refund is processed.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).
We do not accept cryptocurrency or any unsupported payment methods.
8. Is it safe to pay online?
Yes — your payment is fully protected. All transactions on our website are processed through encrypted, PCI DSS Level 1–certified payment gateways, the highest global security standard for online payments.
QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Grimstrike, never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or banking details. All sensitive payment data is encrypted end-to-end and handled exclusively by PCI-compliant third-party processors such as Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Depending on your bank, additional verification (such as 3D Secure or multi-factor authentication) may be required to ensure maximum protection.
Your privacy and security are always our top priority.
9. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide, showing the specific measurements for that item. Because sizes can vary between products, we strongly recommend checking the size chart on the product page you are viewing before placing an order.
If you’re unsure between two sizes or need help interpreting the measurements, you can always contact our support team at support@grimstrike.com. We’re happy to provide personalized sizing advice to help you choose the best fit.
10. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States.
11. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or adjusted only if they have not yet entered processing.
Once an order has begun processing, no changes or cancellations can be made.
This includes changes to:

shipping address

payment details
If your order is already processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may still use our 30-calendar-day return window as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

12. What if my package is delayed?
If your order is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us for assistance.
13. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 5 days at support@grimstrike.com.
We will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will provide either:

a replacement, or

a refund to the original payment method.
Packages that are incorrectly delivered due to an incomplete or wrong address entered at checkout are not covered, as customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
14. My item arrived damaged — what now?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery at support@grimstrike.com.

Once verified, we will offer:

Damaged/defective items are always eligible for a refund or replacement — even if they are normally non-returnable items under standard return conditions.
