This policy is designed to comply with applicable U.S. payment laws and the requirements of major card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments:

These payment services are used in compliance with their respective merchant service agreements and branding requirements.

We do not accept any form of cryptocurrency.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS Level 1).

Payment Processing

All charges are processed immediately upon order confirmation. The full transaction amount is withdrawn from your selected payment method at the time of checkout. You will receive an automatic confirmation via email upon successful payment.

We do not charge any processing fees, service fees, or credit card surcharges beyond the total amount shown at checkout.

Currency

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

International Payments

We currently only accept payments from customers located in the United States. This Payment Policy does not apply to international customers.

Failed Payments & Refunds

If your payment fails during checkout:

  • No charges will be applied to your account.

  • If your bank or payment provider temporarily holds funds, these are usually released within 3 to 7 business days.

  • If you notice a duplicate or incorrect transaction, please contact us at support@grimstrike.com with proof of the charge.

  • We do not deduct any processing fees for failed payments or refund requests.

Chargebacks

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve most issues directly.

If a chargeback is submitted:

  • We will respond with proof of transaction, delivery confirmation, and prior communication if applicable.

  • Valid disputes will not result in penalties to the customer.

  • Fraudulent or repeated chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.

  • Refunds for returned items are issued in full, and we do not deduct processing or handling fees from refunded amounts.

Payment Data Security

All transactions are securely processed via Shopify Payments. QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Grimstrike, does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number or CVV at any point.

Your payment data is encrypted and managed exclusively by PCI DSS Level 1–compliant service providers (such as Shopify, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others).

We comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection and anti-fraud laws.
