Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a standard return, all items must meet the following requirements:

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under normal circumstances:

Underwear or intimate apparel (due to hygiene requirements)

Customized or personalized products (due to individual customization)
However, if any such items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, they are still eligible for a refund or replacement. Please see “Damaged or Defective Items” below.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.
All accessories, labels, and tags must be included. -

Use a tracked shipping method
We recommend using a trackable shipping option.
QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Grimstrike, is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping generally ranges around $20 USD, depending on the carrier and package weight. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Grimstrike will cover all return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
Refunds
We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are processed as follows:
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Inspection takes 1–2 business days after arrival.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
• Refunds are issued promptly and always within legal and platform-required timeframes.
If an item does not meet return conditions, the refund may be refused or adjusted.
You will receive an email once your refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
