Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time may begin processing immediately.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Delivery Timeframe
The total delivery time consists of processing + transit:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather, or logistical issues are outside our control and are not included in the estimated timeframe.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all U.S. orders.
No additional shipping, handling, or packing fees are charged at checkout.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers in China.
Customs Duties & Taxes
U.S. Customs may review incoming shipments. If customs applies duties, taxes, or import fees, these costs must be paid by the customer. Such fees are not included in the order total and are determined solely by U.S. Customs based on the shipment’s details.
Customs inspections or clearance procedures may extend delivery times. QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Grimstrike, cannot influence or predict these processes.
Tracking Information
All shipments include valid tracking numbers.
You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:

Incomplete or incorrect addresses
If your order is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@grimstrike.com and we will assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages lost due to address errors
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks the package as Delivered but you have not received it:

Contact us within 5 days

We will investigate and may open a carrier claim
Carrier delivery confirmation is considered official proof of delivery.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer either:

A replacement, or

A refund
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:

Provide clear photos of:

The outer packaging

The shipping label

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order enters processing, no changes or cancellations can be made.
This includes modifications to products, sizes, colours, shipping information, or payment details.
Processing begins shortly after an order is confirmed, and at that point the order is locked for fulfillment.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, you may still use the 30-day return window as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
If a cancellation is approved before processing begins, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
No additional fees are charged for timely cancellations.
